    Fáilte Ireland launched a new brand for Dublin, ‘Dublin. A Breath of Fresh Air’ in October 2015. Following many months of consultation coordinated by the Grow Dublin Tourism Alliance (GDTA), between all key players within the tourism industry in Dublin, a new brand was developed that captures Dublin’s appeal. It seeks to communicate the new proposition for Dublin emphasising that Dublin is more than just a city, it’s nestled alongside mountains and sea and provides a variety of surprising experiences not found in other cities.

    The Dublin brand is for all businesses to use and in order for the brand to grow in stature and influence, it is critically important that tourism businesses in Dublin city and county embrace the brand, present it consistently and deliver on its promise. This toolkit has been developed by Fáilte Ireland to make it easy for you to integrate the brand into your marketing communications. A lot of thought has gone into providing examples to inspire you and making the guidelines as simple and easy to use as possible. Their purpose is to help you produce communications material that is consistent in look and feel and ensures we present Dublin in an engaging and motivating way.
