Participants from Fáilte Ireland's 2009/2010 Executive Management Programme attended the Operations module in Cornell University last May. 

They heard from legendary professors including Professor Cathy Enz on Innovation and Effective Change Management, Professor Stowe Shoemaker on Marketing Strategy in the Hospitality Industry, and from Professor Chekitan Dev on B.I.G. Ideas focusing on practical & profitable Best practices. As Erik Robson, Ely Restaurants, said:
