Conditions for use of Fáilte Ireland copyright images :

Exclusive reproduction rights to any images/transparencies shall not be given to a borrower.
Images/transparencies shall not be scanned onto any electronic retrieval system for future use and must be deleted following completion of publication.
Images/transparencies shall be acknowledged to Fáilte Ireland when reproduced.
They shall not be used for anything other than the publication or use specified at the time of borrowing and shall not be passed onto any other user without the permission of Fáilte Ireland.
Images/transparencies/cd-roms are the sole property of Fáilte Ireland and are merely on loan to the borrower.
