A series of FREE Employment Law Case Studies and Guides has been recently developed by Fáilte Ireland to support tourism businesses in their efforts to demonstrate compliance under employment law. These are now available to download from the Fáilte Ireland website.
A total of seven guides on Employment Law are available to download, each relating to specific sectors within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. One of the guides in the series focuses specifically on the golf industry.
The Guide also offers:

- A Checklist of records required to demonstrate compliance
- A Summary checklist of Employer and Employee Rights and Obligations
- A Resource Pack, with templates to help businesses develop their record system for Employees, including sample Contracts of Employment, Composite Rate of Pay Calculators, Leave Records etc.
