Fáilte Ireland's quality assurance schemes for self-catering properties provide potential customers a guaranteed level of service and quality in facilities that meet nationally recognised standards.
Currently there are separate schemes for individual self-catering (houses/cottages and apartments of up to seven units on one site) and group self-catering holiday apartments or cottages (more than seven units on one site). Criteria for approval differs according to property type but the benefits of joining are the same for all.
