Customers

Summarise the dynamics and trends with regard to your targeted customers and address the following questions:

  1. To whom will you market your products and services?

  2. Who are your targeted customers?

Demographic Profile

You may well have many customer segments so, for each main consumer group, construct what is called a demographic profile, including:

  • age

  • gender

  • location

  • income level

  • social class/occupation

  • education.
