We share our love of cooking through our hands-on cooking classes from 24 minutes up to 6 hours 30 minutes. A team of professional chefs share their passion and knowledge about food and carry on the traditions of exceptional cooking and grand dining practiced in the castle for centuries. A castle tour can be incorporated into the programme if time and budget allow. All classes end with a tasting of the delights that have been cooked during the class. We can incorporate a castle tour into the programme if time and budgets allow. We also offer excursion classes – Catch and Cook Excursion experience and Hope Brewery Tour and Beer Matching Class.
