Getting Started

  • 1. How do I sign up to learniFI?
  • First register on the Trade Portal with a personal email address. Then visit Welcome to learniFI and click Sign In using the same email and password.

  • 2. What information is needed to access learniFI?
  • You need a personal email address and your employer’s business name and Eircode to be added to the correct group.

Learning Tools & Certificates

  • 3. How do I download my course certificate?
  • Log in to learniFI, click "My Learning" > "Certificates", and download your certificate.

  • 4. Where do I find course resources or templates?
  • Click "Resources" in the green nav bar. Templates are available within course materials.

  • 5. How can I track my learning history?
  • Go to "My Learning", which shows all courses (completed, in-progress, or enrolled). Use the top-right option to download your training record.

  • 6. I completed a course, but it doesn't show as completed.
  • Make sure you viewed all required pop-ups in the course. If the issue continues, send a full-screen screenshot to customersupport@failteireland.ie.

Live Learning & Management

  • 7. How do live sessions work?
    • Automatic Registration: You are automatically enrolled and will receive the link by email.
    • Manual Registration: Choose your preferred session from available dates. Links are emailed once registered.

  • 8. Are live sessions recorded?
  • Most are not recorded due to their interactive nature. Sessions are usually repeated, so check the schedule for future options.

  • 9. How do I cancel a live session I’m registered for?
  • Go to "My Learning", open the session, click "View Session", then "Cancel Registration".

Group & User Management

  • 10. How do I assign courses to my team?
  • View the "Quick Guide to learniFI" course. It includes how to assign courses, manage learners, and track group progress.

  • 11. I can’t see a user on my learniFI dashboard.
  • Contact customersupport@failteireland.ie with the user's name and email.

  • 12. How do I update a manager or remove a learner from my group?
  • Email the request with user details to customersupport@failteireland.ie

  • 13. I’m changing employers. Can my learning be transferred?
  • Yes. Email customersupport@failteireland.ie to transfer your records to your new employer.

  • For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop computer.
