Conference: Grow your Direct Online Sales

Fáilte Ireland's Grow Direct Online Sales Conference took place recently in Croke Park. The conference featured global industry experts, each of whom provided international perspectives and international best practice principles in the areas of Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and optimising direct bookings to own brand websites.
 
The focus of the conference revealed how the Irish tourism industry should maximise their revenue and sales opportunities from this rapidly evolving online booking landscape. 
 
The event was attended by hotel owners, GMs, Revenue Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing Managers across the Irish tourism sector—many of whom secure a strong proportion of their business volume through online channels

International Keynote Speakers

Matt Carrier, Kalibri Labs

Matt Carrier, Director of Client Engagement at Kalibri Labs gave a keynote address at Fáilte Ireland's Grow your Direct Online Sales Conference.

Matt outlined why Cost Per Acquisition is so important to hospitality businesses especially in today’s ever changing online distribution world.

Matt Carrier begins the discussion by taking us through the key findings in the White Paper on CPA which Kalibri Labs undertook on behalf of Fáilte Ireland. Oonagh Cremins then chairs an excellent debate on the importance of CPA in today’s online landscape.
