This includes supporting new programming for business across our four programme brand areas (Wild Atlantic Way, Dublin, Ireland’s Ancient East, Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands), and extending the tourism season.

The Destination Development Programming Support is focused on:

  • The creation of new programmes for Ireland
  • Support establishing Ireland as a leading sustainable tourism destination
  • Supporting the tourism industry in achieving government targets for carbon emissions and energy efficiency by 2030
  • Driving regional distribution of business, supporting a sustainable visitor economy that drives revenue into local areas across our four programme brands
