Champions Programme

Fáilte Ireland’s Champions Programme supports tourism businesses in building their team’s local product knowledge, ensuring they can confidently showcase the very best of their region. The programme also supports the development of strong customer service skills and accessibility awareness.  Tailored across Ireland’s Ancient East, Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands, the Wild Atlantic Way, and Dublin - the programme brings together Know Your Destination with Inclusive Customer Service training. 

 

Frontline professionals across the sector including taxi drivers, pub and restaurant staff, accommodation providers, social enterprises, festivals, community volunteers, and anyone who interacts with visitors are encouraged to register for one of our free Champions Programme workshops.
