Wild Atlantic Way strategy documents

In 2015, we published the Wild Atlantic Way Operational Programme 2015-2019, which sets out a strategy for the sustainable implementation of the Wild Atlantic Way defined touring route over this period.

As part of the development of the Wild Atlantic Way defined touring route, we are committed to the continuous monitoring of environmental impact and have developed a strategy for environmental surveying and monitoring to support this.

Ongoing plans for the Wild Atlantic Way defined touring route will continue and strengthen our commitment to environmental monitoring and emphasise the importance of compliance. The new Wild Atlantic Way Operational Programme will be available in mid-2021.
