  • How do I renew?
  • Follow the link in your renewal reminder email or log on to the Trade Portal and complete your renewal.

  • How long will it take to complete the renewal form?
  • It should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete the renewal.  Most of the information will be pre-populated for you to check and confirm or update as required.

  • I can't login into the trade portal
  • If you are having issues logining into the trade portal, please read our trade portal FAQs.

  • What information do I need for completing the Quality Assurance Accommodation Renewal?
    • Breakdown of Accommodation details (room/unit numbers), these are already prepopulated but please check that they are correct and update if required.
    • 2026 Maximum Scale of Charges, for example – details of your room rates for 2026 January to December.

  • How much will it cost to renew for a statutory business?
  • If you are a Statutory business the following renewal rates apply:

  • How much will it cost to renew for a non-statutory business?
  • If you are a non-statutory business the following renewal rates apply:

  • How do I pay my renewal fee?
  • You can pay by using our online secure facility by credit or debit card or by bank transfer if this facility is available to you, using this IBAN: IE35BOFI90001755048327, and quoting your business account number which is available on the payment screen.

  • What details are required for the Hotel 2026 Maximum Scale of Charges?
  • The rate you set is per room, not per person and will apply to the full year from January to December 2026 for the different room types as laid out on the Renewal portal.

  • What are the consequences of not renewing for a hotel?
  • If you are a Hotel, these are the consequences of not renewing.
