What to expect

These online clinics give you the chance to work directly with an expert on a specific cost challenge. In your case, the focus is energy cost management, where rising energy and input costs may be impacting your business.

How the clinic works

• Fáilte Ireland will match you with a relevant business expert.
• The expert will contact you by email and share a short clinic form.
• The form asks you to outline your cost challenge and provide basic business details.
• Once the completed form is received, the expert will contact you to agree a clinic date and time.

All information shared with Fáilte Ireland and the assigned expert will be treated confidentially, in line with the Fáilte Ireland privacy policy.

What we ask of you

• Return the short clinic form promptly, as this is required before your clinic can be confirmed.
• Attend your scheduled online clinic as agreed. The cost of the clinic is fully covered by Fáilte Ireland, subject to attendance.
• If you need to change your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, email your assigned business expert as soon as possible. Where possible, please give a minimum of two days’ notice, as clinic places are limited and may be offered to another business.
• Complete a short evaluation survey, which will be shared six to 12 months after your clinic.
