Fáilte Ireland is offering confidential, one-to-one cost management clinics for client businesses registered on the Fáilte Ireland Trade Portal.

These practical, 1-hour sessions are designed to help you take action in areas where rising or sustained costs are impacting your business performance.

What's included

• You will be matched with an experienced business expert, who will contact you by email.
• You will receive a short clinic form to complete, outlining your current cost challenge and key business details.
• Once submitted, your expert will work with you to agree a suitable date and time for your session.
• All information shared will be treated as strictly confidential, in line with Fáilte Ireland’s Privacy Policy.

• Strengthen your cost control while maintaining your service offering

What we ask of you

To help you get the most from your clinic, we ask that you:

• Complete and return your clinic form promptly, as this is required before your session can be confirmed.
• Attend your scheduled online clinic, as agreed.
• This support is fully funded by Fáilte Ireland, subject to attendance.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact your assigned expert directly.
• Where possible, provide at least 48 hours’ notice, as demand is high and appointments may be offered to other businesses.
• Complete a short follow-up evaluation survey, which will be shared 6–12 months after your clinic.
