Overview

Spain’s Q4 bank holidays make it one of the strongest low-season booking windows for Ireland, and this free webinar puts your product in front of 250 to 300 Spanish travel agents as they build their winter programmes. Conducted entirely in Spanish, with priority given to sustainable industry partners.

What to expect

Tourism Ireland is organising a themed webinar around autumn and winter breaks, a key time of the year for the Spanish holidaymaker to organise city breaks thanks to the numerous bank holidays in Q4. This is a great opportunity for Industry partners to present your product, targeting tour operators and travel agencies to educate them on why visiting in Ireland in the low season and why they should include your product in their programmes and itineraries. Priority will be given to sustainable Industry partners.

Requirement

Please note it is a requirement that selected Industry are proficient in speaking Spanish as the Webinar will be solely in that language.

Audience

250-300 travel agents from across Spain. The webinar is recorded and sent to everyone who has registered, even if they cannot attend live - usually 55-60% live attendance.

Your contact details and tourism product will be made available during and after the webinar, so agents can reach out to you directly.

Full format of event

Webinar format:

6 min introduction by Tourism Ireland framing the webinar theme and introducing Industry.
6 min presentation by 4 Island of Ireland Industry partners.
20-30 min Q&A session led by Tourism Ireland.
In addition to showcasing your tourism product it is recommended to reference specific benefits of your county/region.
5-6 PPT Slides, Video on mp4 file (max. 60 secs, no English narration), script in Spanish and speaker contact details will be required in advance.
