The Code of business conduct for employees sets out the principles and standards expected of our staff in carrying out their roles, including ethical behaviour, transparency and the responsible use of public resources.
The Code outlines how employees should:
- Act with integrity, professionalism and independence
- Treat colleagues, stakeholders and the public with respect
- Use public resources responsibly and for authorised purposes only
- Avoid conflicts of interest and declare them when they arise
- Protect confidential information
- Deliver services fairly, impartially and to a high standard
