This course guides you through the complete onboarding, induction, and probation process for new employees. Through a series of short videos and downloadable resources to support your learning, you’ll explore onboarding from the employee’s perspective, understand the value of a structured induction programme, and gain practical tools to create a positive and engaging induction experience. 

You will also learn how to manage the probation process from start to finish, including how to support both successful and unsuccessful outcomes.
