Welcome Standard
Fáilte Ireland's Welcome Standard
Fáilte Ireland’s Welcome Standard businesses are warm, friendly, hospitable and efficient, and provide the welcome that we know is expected by visitors to Ireland. With a focus on qualitative and behavioural standards as well as the customer journey, the standard identifies the strengths of the business and allows for greater innovation, individuality and authenticity in our approved tourist accommodation.
The Welcome Standard includes the possibility of classification, allowing properties to differentiate themselves according to the range of services and facilities that they provide. This is identified as part of the approval process and can be promoted afterwards through official Fáilte Ireland Welcome Standard signage.
